What to Bring:

One large towel

An empty stomach (eat last meal two hours before class, snack on fruit if you desire)

A bottle of water

Comfortable clothing (allowing full range of movement)

Arrive 5 minutes early for class to sign in and get comfortable

Please leave shoes at the door, and cell phones in the car

Class Descriptions:

First and foremost, it is important to note that all class types are available to all levels of experience and fitness.  The descriptions below may give a little extra insight as to your preference on a particular day.

Regular Class - consists of initial breathing and warm up asanas (postures), followed by a standing balance, strength and flexibility series.  After a short savasana (meditative pose) comes the floor postures, including hip opening and back stengthening series.  The class ends with a relaxation period (final savasana).

Power Flow- A flowing version of the regular class with emphasis being placed on upper body strength and cardiovascular work.  The body will generate more heat in this class and is aimed for those looking for a fast paced work out.

Mulitsport - Similar to a regular class, with an added focus on hips, hammies and lower back.  All those parts that tighten up when we train in our linear sports like triathlon, ironman, swimming, running, walking, rowing.  Let's face it, most of us could do with a little improvent in this area!  Look around the room to spot our local sport celebs,,,,,, sweating it out, just like us.

Sacred Music Class - For the more experienced yogins, little guidance is offered throughout this true yoga experience, performed in a dimly lit room to a background of sacred music.  At least 10 classes experience is recommended before taking part. 

Re-energize with Kerry  Suitable for all levels of experience.  Ideal for those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing.  The practice is designed to open all the joints and lengthen and strengthen the muscles using the power of the breath and good alignment.  Integration is ensured during the restorative poses finishing each class. 

Hatha with Emily - A perfect balance of strength, balance and flexibility asana practice make this the perfect class for anyone from beginner to intermediate.  Emily's perectly blended delivery allows you to get a workout, while feeling relaxed and de-stressed.

Hot Yoga - A mix between power flow and regular class, adapting to participants.  Performed in 28-32 degrees temperature to help stretch deeper and cleanse toxins through the skin.

Pilates with Karen - An innovative system of mind-body exercises designed to develop a strong core, flat abdominals and a strong back.  Build strength, gain long lean muscles and flexibility with this refreshing mind/body workout.
