Yoga for Kids, School Yoga Bryan and his team are experienced in teaching yoga to our most precious assets.  The benefits gained from yoga during all stages of our life are immeasurable.  In addition, setting up a regular pattern early in life, particularly in our early teens, has such an amazing impact on our growth during these years, as well as paving our way for continued benefit later in life.  Bryan has had great success with year 8-12 students from Pacific Lutheran College.  Yoga really levels the playing field!
