Refer a Friend in Winter

During our winter months, Yoga Vida is introducing a referral program.  Each time you introduce a friend to a class, you will not only receive your class for free, but you will also accrue points towards prizes at the end of the winter.

Prizes will be health and fitness related, such as personal training gift vouchers, yoga passes, healthy restaurant vouchers, and the like.  Plus you will have the awesome feeling of having introduced a friend to the amazing, life changing habit of yoga.

Jen Stott - Thursday 6.30pm & Saturday 9am

Yoga, after many years of practice tends to become a transformative process, and it is this that I hope to create in my classes at Yoga Vida.
Yoga, is for me, as it is for many, something that is hard to go without, once you have established a regular practice, and it is this that i hope to pass onto people, as the long term benefits of regular practice that begin as subtle awareness, progress to internal understandings that can become profound recognition of our true selves, and this can only be of assistance in the world we find ourselves in today.
I greatly look forward to spending time with you in asana, breathing and relaxation.

Beginner's Yoga - Kerry Lyons

Please welcome Kerry to Yoga Vida's teaching ranks.  Kerry has been a keen student of Radiant Light Yoga, and we now have the opportunity for her to share her wealth of knowledge with Yoga Vida.

Kerry teaches a relaxed, gentle style of yoga, with attention to breath and alignment.  Her classes are ideal for beginner's, or the more seasoned yogi, in search of a spiritual, breath based asana practise.  I look forward to taking some of Kerry's classes myself.
