What to Bring:
One large towel
An empty stomach (eat last meal two hours before class, snack on fruit if you desire)

Comfortable clothing (allowing full range of movement)
Arrive 5 minutes early for class to sign in and get comfortable

Class Descriptions:
First and foremost, it is important to note that all class types are available to all levels of experience and fitness. The descriptions below may give a little extra insight as to your preference on a particular day.
Regular Class - consists of initial breathing and warm up asanas (postures), followed by a standing balance, strength and flexibility series. After a short savasana (meditative pose) comes the floor postures, including hip opening and back stengthening series. The class ends with a relaxation period (final savasana).
Power Flow- A flowing version of the regular class with emphasis being placed on upper body strength and cardiovascular work. The body will generate more heat in this class and is aimed for those looking for a fast paced work out.
Sacred Music Class - For the more experienced yogins, little guidance is offered throughout this true yoga experience, performed in a dimly lit room to a background of sacred music. At least 10 classes experience is recommended before taking part.
Yoga with Jen - Jen's class provides safe; achievable and enjoyable variations of each yoga pose to suit all ages; sizes; experience levels and stages of pregnancy. Bookings essential!
Yoga with Kerry - Ideal for begginers or those looking for a more spiritual, breath and alignment focused class. Kerry's soothing voice and relaxed demeanour is perfect for those looking to unwind, de-stress, and relax.
Mums and Bubs - Join Hannah for the perfect full body workout, and a little stress relief, even with the little un close and safe nearby. No creche necessary, kids play, mums get some "me" time. Perfect hour, while receiving the magical benefits of a dynamic yoga class.
Relax with Suzanne - Suzanne will be presenting a short series of talks on Yoga, The Science of Life, A Short History and Philosophy of Yoga followed by a meditation practice. She has now introduced a stress relief class on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm.
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow - A dynamic class that focuses on building strength and suppleness consciously with movement initiated by the breath. A great way to rise, shine and greet the sun (salutations).
LSD - A must do for anyone looking to balance their dynamic yoga practice. Still your mind and body as you challenge both in a series of long, slow and deep postures that will leave you feeling high.
Pre-natal - Incorporates elements from both styles in a safe to create a safe and accessible series for expectant mums to 'practice' mental, physical and emotional strength under challenge and prepare for the birthing process.
