Long time, no newsletter!! My apologies, I have been busy of late, not just working, but trying to enjoy this awesome Spring weather. Lots of things to talk about, and hopefully, lots of new yogis signed up for the newsletter. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet.
First news – Yoga Retreat #2 – November 11-13 at Coolum Hyatt Resort. Those who attended our first retreat earlier in the year will attest to how much fun it was,,,,, and relaxing. This one is going to be even better, at my favourite resort on the coast. Their regular rooms were full, so we only had access to villas,,,, bummer. Check out all the info on new 'retreat' tab on www.yogavida.com.au.
Secondly, we are starting kid’s yoga at the studio next term. Wednesday’s from 3.30pm-4.15pm for the whole of term 4. Great to let the kids in on our secret, they don’t even know they are exercising. Not to mention your little bit of peace, enjoying a coffee or some retail therapy on the Esplanade! Check website for full info, limited space.
You may have noticed that your class is full sometimes lately. Membership is at an all time high, and this is only expected to increase over the Spring. Please be diligent in booking online or texting to secure your spot. Also, please check your online account to see if I have your current email address, or you may be missing out on the latest yoga news. Or ask me to check at your next class.
You’ll also notice some new teachers popping up here and there. Thanks to Emily, Kerry, Karen, Kelly-Anne, and now Sara for keeping the classes at such a high standard, and for covering me while I take a little break in October. Thanks to you yogis too, for opening your minds and hearts to new experiences.
Great to see you have all embraced the lululemon athletica product I have been selling at the studio. All that have indulged will agree what an amazing product it is. How did we do yoga without it? New stock in yesterday too.
Ok, that’s enough for a comeback email. I’ll give you time to digest, but not too much, see you on the mat soon. Enjoy this weather, walk on the beach, and for the braver, swim. Take care,
