200hr Yoga
Teacher Training
Our 200hr Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance certified and internationally recognised. Delivered over 5-6 months on weekends, the course teaches all aspects of yoga including teaching methodology, anatomy, philosophy, business and more. Our lead trainers bring over two decades of extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of yoga including teaching methodology, anatomy, philosophy, business and more. This course welcomes all levels to join this transformative experience that allows each student to deepen their yoga practice.

We split the days with lots of breaks, and mix between theory and practice.

Zoe Zohs
Bryan Castle
Our two lead trainers, Zoe and Bryan, make this teacher training truly unique by sharing their own different style and approach of yoga from over a decade of teaching. Zoe, the yin of the duo, brings extensive knowledge and experience on yogic philosophy, history and restorative yoga. While Bryan, the yang of the duo, brings his experience in teaching methodology, business and dynamic yoga. This combination of teachings will allow you to explore all the various aspects of yoga and find your own unique style.
