Inspired by High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this yoga flow class is designed to be an enjoyable work out. HIIT has been scientifically proven to be the most efficient way to see physical results. Enjoy a workout, whilst receiving the benefit of yoga at the same time.

Yin yoga

This slow-paced class helps rejuvenate and repair any mental and/or physical tension. Holding each asana for approximately 5 minutes, this practice focuses on stretching the connective tissues around the muscles and fascia.

Combining the yang and yin of yoga, the first half of this class is a flow and winds down with the second half of yin.

Restorative yoga

Using props to position the body, this gentle class maximises restoration of muscles, ligaments and tendons. This relaxing class helps reduce anxiety and depression and will leave you feeling blissful.

Slow Yoga

Feel what it is like to explore the world of yoga at a slow pace. Revel in the sensations that show up, when you slow down. No judgement, no striving, just feeling what happens in your body, when you move it hold it in a particular shape, or just breathe.
